To manage the high volume of requests while maintaining the technical integrity of our platform, we have established a specific workflow to distinguish between industrial partnerships and academic explorations. This is not a recurring program, but a manual vetting process for individual researchers (one user access).
The Academic Onboarding Workflow
If you are a Professor, PhD, or MSc student looking to utilize ChemCopilot, the process follows these four mandatory steps:
The Application Form: Applicants must submit their research scope through our dedicated academic form.
Technical Evaluation: The ChemCopilot senior team reviews the project to ensure the platform’s AI capabilities align with the research goals.
Discovery Meeting: If the project shows promise, we conduct an initial meeting to get to know the applicant and the specific needs of the study.
Final Approval: Following the meeting, access may be granted for an individual user account.
Selection Criteria: Impacting Urgent Areas
We prioritize studies that address critical, urgent global challenges. Access is an exception, not a rule, and is reserved for projects with high scientific merit.

Individual Research Rules
Access is granted on an individual basis (single user access). This allows us to provide the necessary support and computational resources to a specific researcher rather than an entire department, ensuring the platform remains stable and focused for everyone involved.
